The National Framework for Effective HPN Social and Behavior Change Communication was presented to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on December 2, 2013. The minutes from this meeting, signed by the Honorable Secretary of MoHFW, are posted here, along with the Framework diagram and narrative. The approval of this Framework is a major achievement for the BCC Working Group, and for HPN SBCC in Bangladesh. This Framework provides structure and direction for high-quality, coordinated SBCC, which will ultimately improve health outcomes among the people of Bangladesh. Launching of National Family Planning Campaign

The launching ceremony of National Family Planning Campaign will be held on Saturday, 30 November 2013 at Winter Garden at Ruposhi Bangla Hotel at 10:00 am. The objectives of this campaign are to promote small families and to inspire couples – especially young couples – to adopt any modern FP method. This campaign will be rolled out at the local level from 2014 to 2016. The launching ceremony will introduce the campaign logo and slogan.
